By accessing or using the services provided by Enny AI ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website at enny.ai and AI agent services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms also cover PostIT: Social Autopilot, Enny AI's mobile app, described in its own section below.
Enny AI provides personal AI agent services that integrate with third-party platforms (Telegram, Gmail, Google Calendar, Notion, and others) to assist you with tasks including but not limited to: email management, calendar scheduling, reminders, research, and workflow automation.
Our services connect to third-party platforms at your direction. By authorizing these connections, you grant us permission to access and interact with those services on your behalf within the scope you authorize. You may revoke access at any time through the respective platform's settings. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
PostIT is a mobile app by Enny AI that writes social media posts for your business and publishes the ones you approve. These terms apply to PostIT in addition to the rest of this agreement.
You create an account with an email address and a password, or through Google or Apple. One account holds one business. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for everything done through your account. If you run more than one business, each one needs its own account.
You tell PostIT about your business in your own words, by speaking, typing, adding photos, or letting it read your website. From that it writes posts and offers them to you one at a time. PostIT never posts on its own initiative. When you approve a post, you are instructing us to publish it to the channel shown on that post. Approving a post may book it for a later time within the next fourteen days rather than publishing it at once; the app tells you when it is booked for, and you can move it back to your deck until it goes out.
To publish, you connect the accounts you want to post to, which may include LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Google Business Profile. When you connect one, that platform gives us permission to act for you on it. We use that permission only to publish the posts you approve and to read how they performed. You can disconnect any account at any time from inside the app, which ends that permission. Each platform has its own terms and policies, which continue to apply to everything published on it, and you are responsible for keeping to them.
PostIT drafts with AI, and AI gets things wrong. It may state something about your business that is inaccurate, out of date, or not how you would put it. You are the publisher: read a post before you approve it. Once a post is published it is your post, on your account, and we cannot unpublish it for you. Do not use PostIT to publish anything unlawful, misleading, or in breach of a platform's rules.
The things you tell PostIT, the photos you add and the posts it writes for you are yours. You give us permission to store them and to send them to the platforms you connected, so the service can work. We do not use your business information to train AI models.
PostIT depends on services we do not control, including the social platforms themselves. A platform may change its rules, its access or its prices, or may refuse a post, so we do not promise a post will reach a platform or that a connected account will keep working. You can stop using PostIT at any time and ask us to delete everything, as set out in our privacy policy. Posts already published stay on the platform you published them to.
You agree not to use our services to:
AI agents are tools that assist with tasks but may make errors. You are responsible for reviewing actions taken by your agent, particularly for communications sent on your behalf (emails, messages) and financial or legal matters. We are not liable for actions taken by the agent that you have authorized.
Service fees are outlined in your individual service agreement. Setup fees and monthly retainers are billed as agreed upon during onboarding. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
All content, code, and materials on enny.ai are owned by Enny AI. Custom work developed for you under a service agreement is governed by that agreement's IP terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enny AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will revoke all third-party access tokens and delete your data within 30 days unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via their connected messaging platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
